This camp is designed for women who are comfortable sailing on flat water and want to take their first steps in wave sailing. You'll be coached by pro windsurfer Pauline Katz, founder of Girls on Tour, alongside local riders Maria Morales Navarro and Dominica Osman.

El Médano is the perfect place to discover wave sailing. As one of the windiest spots in Europe, it offers consistent conditions, while the sandy beach in front of the TWS Center — where we'll be based — provides a safe environment to get started in the waves.

Our coaching combines practical sessions on the water with theory on land, including video analysis and exercises. You'll build confidence, develop new skills, and learn how to catch your first waves step by step.

Expect a week of strong progression, great energy, and plenty of fun — both on and off the water — shared with a group of motivated women.
